MISSION STATEMENT

All too often those who have made substantial contributions to the martial arts world and their communities go unnoticed, unappreciated, and unrecognized for those contributions. Those who have studied, practiced, trained, and competed have done so without receiving long overdue acknowledgement of their accomplishments.

These honored practitioners labor in relative obscurity and have not actively sought the accolades due them. Their only goal is to become masters of their art, educate others about the martial way and spirit, and to better the lives of their students and the communities within which they reside.

The Golden Global Martial Arts Hall of Fame, organized by Soke Dr. Grandmaster Soto, is created to rectify this inequity. The GGMAHF will extend recognition and induction to all martial artists that have demonstrated outstanding achievement, expertise, and dedication to their art and martial arts world. These individuals exemplify all that the martial arts represent. Our goal is to bring these practitioners forth into the light to receive recognition and be honored by their peers.

The GGMAHF and governing Soke council is unconcerned with style practiced, race, ethic background, religion, gender, or financial status. Induction into the GGMAHF will be based upon a practitioner's dedication to their art, achievement within the martial arts world, community service, strength of moral character, and the ability to raise the standards of martial artists around the globe by the example they set.

Soke Dr. Grandmaster I. Soto has created the GGMAHF (Golden Global International Martial Arts Hall of Fame) to recognize all the martial artists from around the world who have previously been unrecognized for their hard work and dedication to the martial arts science.
